One washing station, one exporter, one roast deck. We buy the whole lot from the Gedeb valley every season and publish the route because supply chains love the dark more than we do.

We roast at 22:00 because the city is quieter and the beans do not care about business hours. Neither do the people we pour for: couriers, coders, night nurses, and whatever you are.
