    Demolition, grading, and utility relocation. Geotechnical borings confirm bearing capacity. Temporary works and safety perimeter established before excavation begins.

    C40/50 — Post-Tensioned

    High-strength mix with low permeability admixtures. Post-tensioning cables stressed to 75% UTS after 7-day cure. Typical for transfer slabs and long-span floors.
